1. For families to be prepared to review programme hours with coach on at least a termly basis and willing to increase hours in accordance with LTA and coach recommendations.

2. For players to use IT system

3. Mini players to be technically sound ASAP

4. Mini players who play weekly competition and matchplay according to guidelines

5. Children who have the desire who have an ambition to be champions

9. Regular individual lessons as key to accelerating development as well as the desire to increase schedule according to LTA guidelines.

Family Expectations 

1. For coaches to communicate regularly with parents regarding programme and competition opportunities, events, E News letters and termly feedback.
