We value committed players and families who want to have success in tennis while enjoying learning. It is vital that families and players believe in and reflect the centre’s philosophy on a daily basis in order to maximise their potential. We have an approach of leading talent identification and development schemes up to 12&under and then offer speciality and individualised programmes thereafter. The more successful the player is, the more we then support and reward that player with specialist training and support.

The above values should give the player the best chance of success in both their tennis and other areas of life. Work rate is obviously very transferable to school and academics as is learning orientation.
