The Batchwood HPC team are looking for Performance Coaches with the desire, track record and ability to produce National players. We are looking for team players who thrive on working in an intense, high-energy coaching environment.

Bathwood HPC is looking for coaches who:

• Have produced National players or desire to do so
• Have a good playing standard
• A willingness to learn and develop their knowledge base within the team
• Can effectively coach across all of the performance factors
• Have the ability to take ownership for their work/ academy section
• Are able to make a genuine difference to Batchwood HPC and hence, GB tennis
• Are driven individuals who feel performance tennis is in their blood

Batchwood are able to offer the right individuals retainers, excellent hourly rates, as well as possible mentoring towards coaching qualifications.
